Julie Pryor, Founder
Julie Pryor, a wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience, founded Pryority in 2009, to help clients prioritize a lifestyle of optimal health and wellness. She is an approachable life coach and intuitive healer, gently guiding clients toward a more positive and rewarding life. Her passion for health and wellness is fueled by a dedication to continuing education. Having earned science-based certifications from groundbreaking physicians, nutritionists, therapists and trainers, Julie is uniquely qualified to support clients in doing the emotional and physical work required to progress to the next level.
A quiet, mindful leader with a gentle soul, Robin is a Pilates and Gyrotonic instructor with a gift for connecting with clients at a deep level. She is a certified reflexologist. She specializes in working with people who need rehabilitation, a fresh start or support in their pursuit of better health.
Kally enjoys introducing clients to the physical and emotional healing benefits of massage therapy. Whether clients want a session focused on a particular area or a relaxing full-body massage, she is adept at combining stretching, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Thai massage to meet their specific needs. Her bodywork incorporates the latest muscular health, relaxation and wellness research.
A favorite among teenagers and senior citizens, Charlotte is an integrative bodyworker with an intuitive touch. She enables clients to slow down and downshift their mind through massage, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Charlotte can accommodate any client - from the athlete to the pregnant mother.
A teacher with the focus to lead individuals and groups toward a more centered, peaceful existence, Alison shines as a yoga and mediation instructor. Her training is in Restorative, Vinyasa, Kripalu, Yoga Nidra and other healing modalities.

Tetiana is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who is energetic, powerful and driven. Her personality, physique and combination of fun and challenging cardio and strength workouts will inspire you to train with her. Pushing individuals to their limits - you will get the results you are looking for. Motivation is key and her effective and challenging workouts will achieve maximum results by improving posture, reducing body fat and increasing metabolism.
Lizzie is a certified Stott Pilates instructor and certified personal trainer. She received her BS in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. Lizzie is happiest when she is helping others; whether it’s easing a client out of chronic pain, or helping individuals achieve their ultimate fitness and wellness goals. Her specialties include: postural analysis, corrective exercise, muscle testing, stretching/foam rolling, myofascial techniques, rehabilitation and pre/post-natal.

Massage Therapy: When you enjoy a massage, it far exceeds the feel-good practice of pampering yourself. Massages are proven techniques that relieve symptoms of acute conditions such as tight muscles, back pain or a sports injury, as well as relieve chronic conditions such as stress, fatigue, depression, arthritis and high blood pressure. Pryority therapists are licensed and trained in a variety of massage disciplines to maximize your health and healing. All sessions are typically 60 minutes. 75 and 90 minute massages are also available.

Pilates is a system of exercises that focuses on the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine and also postural muscles to strengthen the body. It involves a series of controlled movements that engage both your body and mind. At Pryority, we use the state of the art Stott reformer and other specialized equipment. Anyone from beginner to advanced levels can benefit from work on the the reformer to enhance the mind-body connection, strengthen and lengthen the core and improve posture.
A holistic approach to movement using specialized equipment that allows you to move with support and resistance. Exercise sequences are composed of circular, spiraling movements which are coordinated with rhythmic breathing patterns. With Gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. Sequence of exercises enables simultaneous lengthening and strengthening of muscles, stimulates circulation, enhances joint mobility and improves coordination.
Personal training: After an extensive evaluation, the trainer sets fitness goals for your health, strength, endurance and flexibility. All one-on-one sessions involve customized, varied fitness regimes which address specific fitness needs, focusing on a mind-body approach.
