NUTRITIONAL BITES:
SEEDS AND NUTS
Nuts and seeds have made headlines for their nutrient density and contribution to heart health. They carry a potent mix of protein, healthy monounsaturated fats, cholesterol-lowering omega-3 fatty acids, and are a good source of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
FDA guidelines recommend eating a quarter-cup of nuts or two tablespoons of nut butter or seeds five times a week. I recommend shooting for 1 to 1½ ounces of nuts or seeds per day to receive their optimal health benefits.

RESTORATIVE YOGA, AROMATHERAPY AND REIKI!

Come join Dale and Teresa in this 2 hour workshop which combines the relaxing poses of restorative yoga while receiving hands-on or hands-above Reiki. This is all enhanced by aromatherapy which provides a
general feeling of well being.
In Restorative Yoga, participants use props to hold poses longer to encourage a deep release.
Reiki is the healing art of encouraging ones own energy (universal life force) through the body. Reiki promotes healing on all levels and leaves one feeling relaxed, soothed and at ease.

GUIDED MEDITATION & RELAXATION
Gaining Clarity & Peace of Mind

Our weekly Meditations are back! Join us for a mid-week break as we take some time to relax and re-center. We all seek balance of mind, body and spirit. Come and experience how the practice of silence and stillness creates the focused gift of clarity and peace. This class is open to both new and experienced meditators!
