Since graduating from the Swedish Institute, Monica has gained experience working at top spas in Manhattan and East Hampton. She has also taken continuing education courses ranging from classes by Sloan-Kettering on how to best work with clients with chronic and terminal illness to prenatal courses by Niara Healing arts.
She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, reflexology, sports massage, Shiatsu, and prenatal massage. She tailors each session to the client's individual needs. A certified Parent-Infant Massage Instructor, Monica loves teaching moms all about the benefits and fun of infant massage.

About Monica
Monica was raised in Litchfield County and went on to study at George Washington University in DC. After college, she moved to New York to work in financial services. While living and working in the city, Monica attended the Swedish Institute and received an AD in massage therapy.
In the spring of 2005, she decided to leave finance and take her life on another path as a full time massage therapist. She now lives and works in Fairfield County.
