About Roxanne
Roxanne was born in Canada and raised in Connecticut. She completed her undergraduate work at Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, earning a degree in Human Services. With the desire to bring societal needs to the forefront, Roxanne then worked in the field of documentary filmmaking.
Fast-forward 20 years: marriage, two children, thousands of volunteer hours, and five moves later, Roxanne landed back in Connecticut in 2001. She followed her new passion and re-entered academics earning her Masters degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport's Nutrition Institute in 2008.
